How to make homemade iced matcha lattes

{How to} Iced Matcha Latte

Sup buttercups! How about a delicious, cool and creamy matcha latte to make this awful heat go away? I’m keeping this post short and (coconutty) sweet today since:

1) This latte is so easy to make it doesn’t need many explanations. Seriously, just a couple of ingredients, 5 minutes of your time and you’ve fot yourself a ticket to icy matcha heaven.

2) I need a nap. Gimme a naaaaaaaaaaaaap.

3) NAPS.

How to make homemade iced matcha lattes

This post is a part of my new {How to} series, where I’ll explain how to make some staples such as frostings, lattes, and the like (usually step-by-step if they’re more difficult than this one!) that I’m frequently asked to. Feel free to leave a comment if you’re curious about how I make some of the stuff you see on my Instagram account and I will try my best to upload a tutorial as soon as I can!

Iced Matcha Latte

Cold, creamy and insanely delicious

Ingredients
  1. 350 ml. almond milk
  2. 1 tbsp. matcha tea powder
  3. 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
  4. 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  5. 6 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Making an iced latte is just as easy as putting all the ingredients above in a powerful blender and pulsing until creamy. You may add more sugar/sweetener if 2 tbsp. isn't enough for you!
Notes
  1. You can use any kind of milk you fancy. Almond and cashew milk are my favourites!
  2. Some of my favourite matcha powder brands are Iswari if you live in Europe and Matcha Maiden if you live in Australia or nearby.

Oh this looks so good!! I love me a matcha latte but I’ve actually never had one iced. I must fix that.

I’ve been reaching for my matcha powder to bake with recently but this is a wonderful idea, and so easy! My husband loves a latte and I know a matcha one would go over easy!

Matcha is the best! Love that you’ve latte’ed it. Going to have to try this as an after work treat.
