What’s not actually priceless? Those listings for Cardiff and Glasgow! A couple of hundreds of bucks which could have been spent on peanut butter instead (imagine how much peanut butter I could get me with that kind of money lmao), straight to the dumpster. Go me, GO ME!


And the award to the smartest kid in the block goes to… me! Yes, I too want to punch myself. Get in line.

So it’s safe to say that, when you like me are one of these people who get to ruin everything they get their hands on, you need a failproof dessert recipe which will never ever let you down.

That is if we can actually call this a recipe. Three ingredients, minimun waiting time and absolutely not a single thing you can get wrong. Unless you’re a special kind of dum-dum like me and manage to drop a bowl full of popsicle mixture in the sink. And that’s why I should never be trusted with your bowls, dogs and babies, ladies and gentlemen.

Seriously now, if you’re not still on my level (it takes a lot of practise and training in messing things up, I should warn you), you will have no problem with these popsicles at all. The trick is to let the cookies soak in the milk for at least 10 minutes so the milk gets cookie flavoured and the cookies get all nice and soft. Then, boom, pour the mixure into your molds and freeze overnight. That’s it! That’s all it takes to get yourself to popsicle heaven.

Serves 4
Such an easty to make yet truly delicious summer treat!

Ingredients
  1. 250 mililiters full fat coconut milk (coconut cream is even better)
  2. 1-2 tbsp. sugar
  3. 8 oreo cookies
Instructions
  1. Crush the oreo cookies into pieces.
  2. Whisk together coconut milk and sugar and then add the cookies.
  3. Let mixture chill for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. Make sure that the stick is inside teh popsicle molds before pouring the mixture or else it will spill.
